The Women and Men Pro races in McNellie’s Group Blue Dome Criterium on the opening night of Tulsa Tough came down to sprint finishes to close to call..
Scott Law (Cylance Pro Cycling) won the finale in the men’s race that featured two restarts because of major crashes. The largest field in event history of Tulsa Tough with 152 race entries, plus a smaller two-lane track, was suspected to be the reason behind an influx of crashes. One of the first crash involved about 40 competitors in the 20th minute just before the start/finish line.
In the women’s race, Erica Allar (Rally Pro Cycling) won her third Tulsa Tough race in 4 years..
