Ken Hanson won his first ever King of the Mountains jersey this past Sunday at the UCI 2.2 Ranked Tour de Beauce in Quebec, Canada. It is an incredible feat for a pure sprinter like Ken to take home polkadots on the mountainous Beauce course. The last stage of the race, which happened to fall on Father’s Day, was an even more poignant moment for Ken, who dedicates the victory to his late father, Michael Hanson. Congratulations to Ken and the rest of the team on their superb efforts in Quebec.
